It's been a while since my last post. Has much changed? Nope.
You can view all of the entries on casenet to see what all you've missed. In a nutshell, he was offered a plea deal -- getting out of jail, going to therapy and getting his name on the registry. Did he take it? Like an idiot, he did not.
Now I guess he's getting what he wanted -- a jury trial in April.
I wish I could say I am excited he decided to go with the trial but something deep within tells me there's no physical evidence and the charges will be dropped. He still hasn't been charged with my case and I don't even know if he will be. It makes me so angry to have brought up old feelings to turn him in and nothing be done about it but then again I may have a call in the near future for more questioning. Who knows!
I'm living each day at a time. Since I've stopped all medication and therapy I'm much happier. I got a bit suicidal which is why I stopped blogging. Too much medication and too much therapy does NOT do a body good. Today I feel okay and tomorrow I probably will, too. I never know when those down days are going to come.
Just wanted to give an update and let those following know I'm alive and well.
I'll try to put a little update on EVERYTHING together soon!
